Myrtle Beach is fortunate the Toniolo family picked our region for the second area of their Italian eatery called Stefano’s Cucina Rustica. They’ve possessed the principal area of a similar name in Florence for a long time.

The proprietors are Steve and Anna Toniolo, and their 23-year-old child, Metal Ceiling Guys director of the new diner, which is in Carolina Forest. Steve is a current school graduate with a business degree.

Stefano’s has a warm stylistic theme rich with shades of a Tuscan nightfall: umber, sienna, foggy green. Exemplary Italian music plays, and it was the first occasion when I listened “Volare” in Italian.

Dinners begin with a crisp and warm scaled down bread daydream. The server carries a white dish with a resting place for a spoon containing newly minced garlic and herbs. At the table the server empties olive oil into the dish and blends in the spoonful of flavorings to make crisp plunging oil.
