Office Fruit And Its Benefits
Many offices have set up separate spaces for gym, meditation and yoga so that employees can unwind themselves at these places and relax whenever they feel tired and overcome by fatigue. Likewise, offices can set up a pantry or a small canteen which serves fresh and healthy office fruit during the work hours so that employees can take quick snack and get back to work feeling rejuvenated. Fruits contain special elements in the form of vitamins and minerals that help to ward off stress and depression and help keep the mind alert. Hence, office fruit must be made compulsory in all offices so as to help the employees work in a stress free environment and also reduce the chances of getting affected by depression. Excessive work load at offices can result in the employees suffering from stress and depression. Stress and depression are the two main factors that force an employee to quit his or her job. A wise employee instead of quitting his or her job due to stress or depression will resort to eating office fruit because fruits can help fight stress and depression. Offices who rely heavily on their employees to meet the requirements of clients should also give enough attention to the wellness of their employees.
